May 31, 2008: Early acceptance applications are due. All teams will be notified within two weeks of receipt of application and payment if they are accepted.
September 15, 2008: All applications must be received by this date.
October 1, 2008: Team Acceptance Letters emailed to coach/manager.
October 10, 2008: Hotel Confirmation/Information should have already been given to Tournament Director.
November 10, 2008: Official Program Advertising Form w/ camera ready art work due.
December 1, 2008: Team Schedules and Flight Assignments will be available on the website.
December 15, 2008: Player Profiles for College Coaches Book due. (Only: U16, U17, U18 & U19 Divisions)
December 26, 2008: All players must have a valid and current season US Club/USYSA Player Pass with current picture. Must present at Team Registration. Official Coaches passes must also be presented at Team Registration. Organize player cards and forms in the same order as roster, this will speed up registration.
December 26, 2008: One Official Roster with approval from your state or US Club are due at team registration. Official roster must include your permanent and all guest players. No additions will be made at registration, unless pre-approved by Tournament Director.  Note: Do not write and/or mark on official state rosters!! Please make two copies to bring with you to registration
December 26,2008: Emergency Team Contact Form. Form is due at team registration
December 26, 2008: Medical Release Form. You must submit a notarized form for each player at Team Registration. NO EXCEPTIONS!
December 26, 2008: Team Registration & Check-In. All teams from U10 to U19 must send (3:00 -10:00PM) at least one representative to Team Registration & Check-In. Important information will be handed out. NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE!
